Research shows that conditions like diabetes, obesity, cancer, fibromyalgia, digestive disorders, arthritis, cardiovascular disease are a direct result of diet and other lifestyle choices. Symptoms of these can often be well managed or reversed by practicing dietary excellence and making positive lifestyle changes. Every day, more people are opting to make these changes instead of choosing pharmaceutical drugs and/or surgery. In other words, they are taking control of their own health. You can too!

One of the problems facing most Americans is that the information they receive daily about health and nutrition is largely wrong. Where does this misinformation come from? The government, national health organizations, the media, well-meaning medical professionals, popular writers and others who, although they may be well-meaning, are misinformed.

Decisions about health are some of the most important decisions you will make during your lifetime, so finding an accurate source of information is crucial.

The Wellness forum has been helping people to achieve and maintain optimal health all over the world for 12 years, using reliable scientific evidence as a basis for all of our programs. They are the largest company of this type in the world, and the programs are endorsed by some of the most prominent people in the health care field today. One of the reasons they are able to tell you the truth about these very important issues is that they are not funded by food manufacturers, agricultural organizations, drug companies or other institutions, and our recommendations about health are not influenced by advertising and other forms of remuneration.
