I have referred injured workers and others to Dr. Pearson for the past fifteen years. I send them to her because she has proven her effectiveness at getting them back on their feet and functional as quickly as possible. Overall patients treated by her, particularly those who see her early in the course of their injuries, get better faster than those who choose not to be treated by her.
I have referred patients to Dr. Kelli Pearson for the past 17 years and appreciate her skill and success in dealing with a wide array of musculoskeletal injuries and problems. She is accepted by Physical Therapists, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgeons alike as an integral part of my referral network for these patients.

I started training with Anthony Tevlin in 2005 and noticed improvement in my conditioning almost immediately. In early 2006, I suffered a serious shoulder injury from a skiing accident and needed to have extensive surgery. After a period of rest and physical therapy, I resumed personal training sessions with Anthony. We set goals to restore strength and flexibility in my shoulder through steady and consistent weight training and stretching exercises. Anthony was patient and supportive throughout the training sessions, and his past experience with professional athletes gave me confidence that he knew the appropriate intensity level of stretching exercises. There is no doubt that personal training sessions with Anthony Tevlin helped me more quickly recover from surgery and regain full and painless movement in my shoulder.
I was referred to Anthony by my doctor to address the fact that I was getting older and that I was not doing enough overall for myself to maintain my physical strength and flexibility. In the intervening years Anthony has encouraged me to stick with some routine. My personal and professional life often infringe on what might otherwise be best of me overall. No matter how many times I have missed or cancelled time with Anthony, he always moves forward. He does not chastise or berate me as some trainers have. He has always guided me with exercise and routines that he knows I can do and will do. While I am encouraged to do more, I have never given up because he has never instructed me to do more than I could. He has learned how to encourage me while not discouraging me. He understands that it is better for me to keep at it. He knows that if he pushes too hard I will quit and that is not in my best interest. For me and my life style, I could not have found a better personal trainer. He is always aware of the need to push the physical requirements but he understands that there is a significant mental element to any exercise requiem. He knows how to find the right balance.
I truly believe that Anthony Tevlin cares more about my physical and mental well-being than I do myself. And that's a good thing. The time I spent working out under Anthony's guidance resulted in me getting stronger, thinner, and even provided me with insight into who I was and who I wanted to become as a person. Is he a trainer or a counselor? I think Anthony brings people the very best of both. I have a quote next to my bathroom mirror that reads, "Life is not about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." I know of no better way to "create" yourself than by working out with Anthony Tevlin. If you are even considering engaging a personal trainer or joining a fitness club, don't make any decision until you have spent an hour stretching, lifting, and sweating with Anthony. After just a few months I think you will discover (like I did) that you look better, feel better, and even think better than you ever have before.

As a triathlete, my visits to Relief Workers are an essential part of my training program. I continue to finish races strong and healthy!"
It has been a wonderful asset to have the Relief Workers provide massage services at the Sacred Heart Women's Center. The fact that they have skilled staff who offer a full range of massage services, both for relaxation and medical purposes is so beneficial to the customers they serve. A huge bonus to their services is offering employee discounts. I had back surgery several years ago and as a result, I'm a bit "crooked" and tend to carry a lot of tension in my back. I also experience a lot of neck tension. I have found that massage is the best therapy for these things and have been to a variety of different therapists but have found that the skills of the Relief Worker staff, their friendliness and compassion, are the best around.
